  1. How do I list a truck?
  2. First Register.
    You must be the actual owner or be an authorized representative of the owner.
    Enter the VIN - We will take it from there if its valid and fill in all of the details!
    Enter the Odometer - This is important and required by law to be accurate.
    Add a Description - Add any remarks about special features or condition of the vehicle
    Set Your Price - Buyers can only buy at your price but you can adjust your price at any time
    Upload Your Images - We recommend a left front corner shot as your primary image and at least 3-4 more images
    from various angles, incling the interior. All images must be in LANDSCAPE mode for consistency!
  3. How do I edit a truck?
  4. Sign into your account.
    After you have signed in click on My Account on the top right nav bar.
    Click Manage My Listings.
    From here click the edit button next to the desired truck listing.
    Now you can edit all your trucks information along with the images.
    Make sure you save your changes.
  5. How do I delete a truck?
  6. Sign into your account.
    After you have signed in click on My Account on the top right nav bar.
    Click Manage My Listings.
    From here click the delete button next to the desired truck listing.
    If your truck has sold this is not possible.
  7. How do I check messages received on a truck?
  8. Sign into your account.
    After you have signed in click on My Account on the top right nav bar.
    Click Manage My Listings.
    From here click the Messages button next to the desired truck listing.
    From here you can see messages about the truck from different potential buyers if any.
    Click on one of the messages so you can see the entire conversation with the potential buyer.
    Here you can also respond back to them. This will also fire a email notifying the buyer of a response.
  9. Why are my truck images looking distorted?
  10. All images must be shot in LANDSCAPE mode for them to be accurate and look professional!
    Do not upload portrait style image as they will look distorted while viewing listings.
    You can always sign into you account and edit your listing to delete and update your images see question 2.
  11. What is the process for after a truck has sold?
  12. Purchcase Price - We are not an auction site but the vehicle is deemed "sold" when the first buyer agrees to buy at your set price.
    Purchase Agreement - We automatically generate an online Motor Vehicle Purchase Agreement between you and the buyer!
    Settlement - The Motor Vehicle Purchase Agreement spells out all of the details for how to close.
    if you do not wish this method you must agree on your own terms and we are no longer able to help you from that point on.
  13. Do you handle truck transport?
  14. No we do not handle any type of truck transport or shipping.
  15. How do I contact a seller about a truck?
  16. On the truck details page there is a button "Contact Seller"
    Click it then you will be taken to a page where you can send the seller a private message.
    They will be notified via email and respond at their earliest convenience.
    If they respond you will get notified via email as well.
    From there you can login to your account and will see a button "My truck Inquiries" here you will see all messages you have sent to the seller.
    Click into one and you can have a conversation back and forth with each other.
